Return Window
- You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date (the date you or your designated recipient receives the order).
- The return must be initiated (e.g., return request submitted) within this 14-day period.
- Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
- The 14-day window applies to the physical return of the item(s) as well — please ship returns promptly after initiating the process.
Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a return and refund:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging (if applicable).
- All tags, labels, and protective materials must remain attached/intact.
- Items must be returned with the original packing slip or proof of purchase (order number).
- Proof of purchase may be required for processing.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards, digital downloads, or downloadable products
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics if opened)
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if required).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or suitable alternative) and include all accessories/manuals.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund (if approved) to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item shipped or defective product).
- If only part of an order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, please contact us with photos/details within 14 days — we may cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges We Do Not Offer Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Do not use or wash the item before contacting us.
